The location of the property was stunning and particularly good, by the sea.

Everything was high quality, nevertheless a few employees were very busy.

Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The evening entertainment was enjoyable and kept us entertained throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering stunning views and a great opportunity for star gazing from the roof terrace.

The lack of privacy on the balconies as there was only a low dividing wall. Another issue was the remote location, which meant having to pay for taxis to get around.

We booked for 11 nights and stayed 1 night as the room was dark and the view outside was of decaying pipes .This was supposed to be a superior room with terrace and sea views.

The Galatzo Hotel is a fantastic find. I've stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels on the Island and this ranks amongst the best. The views are amazing and if you want a relaxing day you really cannot fault the pool at the Vista De Rey. Its rarely busy and the staff (especially David) are exceptional and nothing is too much for them. The balinese sunbeds are good value at €50 per day as the include a bottle of cava, truffles and fresh fruit. The restaurant here is also very good but avoid the prawns as they were not cleaned as they should be and they gritty vein was left inside rendering them inedible. I travelled with my girlfriend and 8 year old daughter and both enjoyed themselves immensely. We had a family room which was ideal for our needs - comfortable beds, excellent air conditioning and a nice big bathroom. I can highly recommend a couple of restaurants - La Hacienda in Peguera has some of the best stakes I've ever tasted. La Gritta between Calla Fornells and Peguera has some beautiful food and some of the most amazing views you could wish for. If you have a car (i'd highly recommend that you do - carhire3000.com very reasonable at €110 euro for the week) I'd suggest a visit to Port Andratx. Its very beautiful with an excellent choice of restaurants. The italian restaurant Riva was our favorite as it was ideal for my daughter. Avoid the restaurant Blau Mar as its trluy appaling! very expensive and not particularly good.

Nothing really other than our patio door wouldn't lock, the safe didn't work and no duvet for my daughters bed on arrival but all fixed very quickly after a visit to reception. Also for those with young children the room TV has only one english channel (BBC Worldwide News). All the rest in German. Be warned that theres 24 hour hardcore pornography on the TV without a pass code. Luckily my daughter wasn't subjected to this but that was more luck than judgement. Needless to say the TV was not used for the whole week! These are only minor complaints and really shouldn't put you off using this rather lovely hotel.

The hotel was situated in the secluded location down the hill into Paguera in the evenings. Further, it was very close to a nice fish restaurant called Mar y Mar, and hilltop:)))

My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The Hilton Mallorca Galatzo in Peguera provided impeccable cleanliness, friendly staff, and top-notch customer service. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome and valued. The spacious and beautifully decorated room offered a comfortable retreat, with a bed that was extremely comfortable. The balcony was very well furnished and provided a lovely spot to relax. The staff were all incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay. The hotel's location in a beautiful area made it even more enjoyable.

That was well-appointed hotel set in really quiet area, just off the airport. The food was exceptional with plenty of choice! The location was stunning and lovely, venue is based away from hustle and bustle. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Restaurante China Ming that was only 25 minutes' walk away. The service was very good and the pool was nice. Spa area was much appreciated.

Great view and nice view, you can totally relax of staying at this hotel, especially for a couple or family! We would stay again this hotel when we return back to Mallorca.

Location - hardly access by public transportation, but not far by driving just around 20 to 30 mins from airport. As we rent a car so we dont mind staying a bit far to reach this cool hotel.

No reason to complain, the venue met requirements. The restaurant was good for breakfasts. The room was new-fashioned with an extremely comfy bed, and the provided breakfast was varied. The staff were outstandingly accommodating, the location was stunning. Even the Palma de Mallorca airport was not so far, 29 minutes drive away.

Excellent location very close to Santa Ponsa and Peguera, anywhere, pool, restaurant, and Majorca, airy and modern rooms. Also, to another sunbathing area to the left.

Fantastic food. Excellent service, reasonably large room complete with a bedroom, terrace, a balcony.

Remote location, great base for discovering Peguera. Good sized bed and good-sized and air-conditioned room. Outstanding food quality.

Wi-Fi was very poor.
